Switch your gearing, its the cheapest easiest mod out there. For example stock gearing is 12-48 use a 13-50 if that still isnt enough top end for you put your 48 back on. 13-50 is really suppose to make a difference on the 05.

Something else you might want to concider is porting and piston. Pro Circuit did the head (port, valves and springs) and a Pro Circuit piston on my bike. I also have a PC Ti 4 low system and the mid and high end is awsome.

Do you have any test results after your modifications?
intersting to hear what torque and effect you got out of your investment?
HP or std piston?

Isn't stock gearing 13/48? However, i agree that gearing will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

Spencer at Team Green has all the records, I hope to receive them shortly. It's exactly the same setup as Tedesco's bike, also a Pro Circuit bike. All I have to say is it's more than I need. The bike handels great, the power after changing from the 46 rear to a 49 rear and adding the power now is incredible, super smooth and strong. :excuseme:

look into companys offering the tapered or stepped up headpipe, yosh or acro, night and day difference in top end power.
