The problem is I cant quuite afford that. I can afford to buy form motorcycle-broker online. WOuld I still recieve the chance for free tony d. and good scholar program?

it is an american suzuki program and the VIN would identify the bike as a Canadian model, which would not qualify

Is the vin number the only thing that would stop me from getting the offers like tony d. and the good scholar program? They are going to have a miami dealer real soon and Iam not buying untill July.
