Just one more question ...
do I need to change jetting if I bring the timing on my wr426 in line with yz timing ?

I went with a yz needle. But that is it. Runs sweet nice and crisp. I used a ejp.

I think that depends more on whether it breathes like a YZ, but I'm sure the cam timing is also a factor.

If you uncork your exhaust and opened the air box by all means try a YZ needle.
