Where did all the old guys go that used to post on here,Penquin, Dave 725, Brian Steele, where you all go. kinda of like graduating high school and leaving only to come back 20 years later, who are all these people, not complaining mind you, it just don't seem the same. I see the post havn't changed much, Still harping on the same topics, they are pretty good bikes, we still run the stock valves and springs, just change them like pistons, no big deal, I really don't think theres much I havn't seen on these bikes, and there isn't that much to complain about, we race um, we break um, we fix um, no problem. They will break they all do, One of my friends just got one and he summed it up best. Man I can't wait to get on this bike week after week, when confronted with a question from another one of my buddys, what about the reliability issues I have been hearing about with them arn't you worried, He simply put it, I bought it to ride, I like riding it, and if it breaks I'll fix it so I can ride it again its that much fun, sort of like your wife only faster. Great friends don't you think.

Art,
Your friend put it in proper perspective. Everything has a price to pay, the more fun it is, the higher the price. In my old business I worked with some of the finest machines ever built to be driven. The fun factor was high, the maintenance was high. When it was all done, we all came back for more!!! I just love riding my KX, anyone that I have let ride it confirms how trick these bikes can be. Mine was a Pro Circuit built bike, and it just works!!!

I'm still here, I am experimenting this year with a CRF250R. So far I wish I had my KX250F back The KXF is a better bike for offrad racing and trailriding for me. I still post occasionally on this forum, but I am on a steep learning curve with my new red rocket and spend most of my time on that forum
