YZ426 rear susp linkage, how many seals?

I ordered the Pivotworks linkage bearing kit and it came with 8 seals, I only count 6 when the linkage came off and on the Yamaha blow-up diagram.

Am I missing something here?

There is 8 of them. Be sure to get the connecting rod ( the U shaped part that connects under the rear motor mount to the frame.

Even that only shows 6. Four #24's and two #36's, not including the swingarm pivot area.

I wonder if they included 2 extra for the inner swingarm pivot point but since I also bought the swingarm bearing kit (which included those) I dont need it. Anyone else bought this kit and knows?

Is the U-shaped piece you're referring to #19 on the diagram?

no. In the 2002 model, #31

So you have 4 in the Linkage relay arm, 2 in the connecting rod and they may include 2 for the lower shock bearing seals depending on the year the kit is designed for.

Ohhhhh....... I guess I should've mentioned that I have a 2000. I checked the 02' diagram and it looks the same, it must be for the lower shock bearing seals as you stated.
