Forced air doesnt work on 2 strokes, it just blows out and in the intake/exhaust valves, but on a 4 stroke the exhaust and intake are closed for a stroke, thats why it works. its just hype, it doenst do much of anything. But the quads look like a lotta work put into em to fit those engines.

See what I'm trying get y'all to see is to go deeper than appearance.  These people did something thats hard for some and impossible for most.  they did it and it works.  they're a paint job away from looking really cool and going really fast.

anyone got some pics of quads with crouchrocket motors stuffed in them. I found one pic on the internet and want to see some more.
Built one in 1979 with an RD400 motor in it.  It had semi-dirt tires and about 4 inches of travel with 5 gears and a zillion ponies.  It got ripped off ONE WEEK befor4e launch date.

Wonder if the theif survived it.  Hope not!    :D  :D

My buddy has a RG 500 motor in one and a GSXR 1100 motor in another, with a home built 4 wheel drive set up. He is the multi time national flat track champion in Canada. He has also competed at pikes peak with his banshee and finished 2nd. I'll see if I can get some pics for you guys. I hate quads but his GSXR one puts out around 160 HP, so that's kinda cool. MIKE

I beg to differ on that opinion.  do a search on turbo's for snowmobiles.  I have a 99 mxz 670 and i know for a fact you can put turbo's on those 670's and get hella hp out of them. and by the way its no thumper
