I have been reading about the need to replace the decomp plugs with the TT ones, but on my '05 it has a bolt holding the plug this different than the '04 and '03s?

That bolt is not holding the plug in. The bolt will hold the TT plug in.

I'm pretty sure that bolt is just filling a hole. On my '03, the factory "plug" was only about 1/4" deep...........NOT to the bolt. The bolt will, however, serve to hold in the new TT aftermarket replacement plug.

Uhhhhhhhh...............yeah, what he said........I got sidetracked while replying and big t beat me too it!!
