I put on a new Renthal Handlebar and the Horn/Hi-low Beam control by the clutch lever has a pin on it that fit into a hole on the orginal handlebar - and the new handle bar does not have one - is it OK to just cut off the pin so it fits flush or should I drill a hole in the new handlebar to sink the pin into.

Thanks

do not drill the handlebar, you can shave the pin down with a file and just leave a little bit of it, maybe a 1/16 or so, this will help keep it tight.
