Any info please, looking at a 99 yz400 to buy and it has a leo vince x3 pipe fitted, what are your veiws/opinions of this pipe

Say what??? The X3 is a 96 db model. All the ones I run on my 450s are anyway!

As good or better than any of the other systems on the market. Full Ti...I have several very slightly used systems for sale...check the classifieds. Tryce

i've only ever seen one out here on a wr 450 and my god it was loud even with my helmet on.

It's possible it just needed repacking as they are normally one of the quietest systems out there. They are designed per the Euro specs and they are very strict with their noise requirements.

You dont seem to here many of them being used around these Forums is there any reason for that? I did notice that they are more expensive than most.

They are trying to change that. I know I have several slightly used ones for sale(fairy cheap I think), and the main reason I think I have not sold but a few is very few people seem to know about them. They are about the best made pipe I have seen yet. I have disassembled a few to modify for dyno testing and the construction is about the best I have seen. We used them this last RedBull SM series and did pretty well.

well guys the pipe souded well and the bike ran great(once i got it started!!) But sadly i came off and broke my bloody wrist!!! well it is cold and wet over here in the uk gives me an excuse to stay dry!!!!
