I have had a pair for 9 months. I like them now. I hated them at first. The are difficult to buckle and they are very stiff until they break in and they break in slower than any other boot I know. Because they are slightly lower than other boots, you will get wet feet in the rain. The low height helps with knee braces, however. The soles wear like iron. Even though I like them, I'd get Tech 6's or Tech 8's if I had it to do over. But, I got a steal on them, only paid $179 through MAW Online.

I got a pair about three months ago. They are very comfortable but they are very awkward at first and take some getting used to. The only thing that bothers me now after the break-in is the low height. The tops have a tendency to dig into the back of my legs and after a long ride this area gets sore. The boots are still fairly new so maybe this will get better with time and I don't think it would be a problem for someone that wears knee braces. Also I am going to try a different type of knee/Shin guard. The boot doesn't hold my current ones in place very well and they want to move around a lot.

My vectors are a couple months old. Very comfortable and great for all around riding. They really have softened up quite a bit. They definitely are not water proof which is something I've also read about the Tech-6 and Tech-8's. I was doing some jumps today and was thinking a little stiffer boot would be nice. If you're not doing serious moto-x, I'd definitely recommend the Vectors.

I took mine back after 1 ride. I tore my ankle up pretty bad last year and bought the Vectors because they were claimng some great ankle bracing. I think you could break your ankle walking in those boots. I wouldnt recomend them for anything more than light trail riding.. Tech 8's are far more to my liking.
