Does the FMF Power Bomb header stay away from the oil filter so you dont have to remove the header everytime you want to change the filter, like you do with the stock header. 2000 WR.

Yes, virtually all oaftermarket headers solve this problem. So does the stock 01 header, you may be able to find one cheaper used

Will the stock 01 header fit a 99? It sure is a pain in the*&# come oil changing time.

I put a small dent in the bottom of the pipe to get the bolts out.No need to remove the pipe now.Used a propane torch and a small hammer.
