Adjusting Valves on 1986 XR 600

What is the proper procedure for setting the valves on a 1986 XR 600 and what should the compression be?

line up the "T" mark on the flywheel and check for play in the rocker arms, if no play go 360 deg around and check again. When you have some play in the rocker arms and the "T" is aligned through the timing hole plug on the engine you are are at TDC. Then set the intake at .004, exhaust .005 with engine cold.

Compression should be 151-193 according to my autodata CD

compression for 85-87 should be 125.2-130.8. stop the bull please
