I have just completed making a set of air tanks for my 01 YZ426F and have some questions for anyone who is running with air tanks. I weight 190.
A. What weight fork oil.
B. What height for the oil level.
C. What is the start point for the clickers.
D. What is the effect if you open the air tanks valves too far.

Thanks for your help.

With tanks and good valving done I was running at the limit of 65mm in my 03 at 5 wt oil. The valves on the tank are sort of like the high compression on the shock. It will just make them softer by opening up the air passage but you will also loose more oil into the tanks. Dont forget to bleed them when your done riding.
