I have a 99 wr400.. I'm planning on parking it until the spring. Anything I should do to it for storage?

At least put a gas stabilizer in it.

Wash and dry.
Get the wheels off the ground.
Apply wd40 all over.
Oil change.
Gas stabiliser.

Get a st of heated grips and studded tires. Find an ice patch and go :cry:

Drain the tank and float bowl, get the tires off the ground and hook a battery tender to the battery...

I take mine inside the house. Just leave the empty tank outside in the shed too avoid fuel smells in the house...

Now you're talkin'! I live less than 1/2 mile from Lake St. Clair. Hopin for those new tires this Christmas so I can stud the old Dunlops and try out the ice riding.

- Drain the carb and put stabilizer in the gas at bare minimum.

so where to get studded tires? or at least studs and a stud installer?
