Well i'm thinking about ditching my stock chain and going for the O-ring chain, but i've heard that they drag a little bit... It's going on a YZ125 so do you think i would notice the drag a lot? I don't want to come up short on the big jumps out of the turns! Thanks

When I went from normal to an o ring on my old 125 with mild engine mods, I noticed no difference between the two.

I run an oring, and notice no drag at all. Get an oring, you wont be dissapointed.

Get the O-ring chain. It will outlast 3 or 4 non o-ring chains and you won't feel any power loss while riding. There is slightly more drag when it's cold, but only enough to notice when the bike is on a stand and you spin the back wheel by hand.

I use a non oring chain on all my bikes. I keep 3 spares on hand in the trailer at all times. I clean the chain after every ride. Take it off soak it and respray it, let it get tacky then put another on. Have not had any problems at all.just my 2 cents
