Along with a braided brakeline, that is my next part I am investing for my bike. (05 YZ125).

What do you guys think of them parts? I'm really keen to get rid of the squishy brake feel, and I thought I'd get a braided brakeline to fix that, and thought an oversized front rotor kit will top it off for nice easy braking.

Especcially (bad spelling I think) since I've moved to Senior Motocross for racing, and the motos are a lot longer and thought it will make life easier on my hands!

So has anyone tested the parts out, (both at once, if not just the oversized rotor), and is there much difference?

Thanks for your time..
Ben

I can only speak from experience with an oversized rotor and braided steel lines on my supermoto bike since I haven't put my oversized rotor on my MX bike yet....

Made a HUGE difference on the supermoto track. Of course in supermoto ~ everyone has an oversized rotor.

I rode with stock brakes for 6+ months before converting.... and couldn't imagine going back.

One thing to watch though ~ make sure that the hole diameter on the braided steel line matches your caliper. I noticed the stock line had a much larger hole ~ therefore I ended up just staying with the stock line. Are you going to replace your caliper or just the rotor?

I probably haven't been much help here  .... hopefully one of the more experienced mechanics around here can give you some more advice ~ !

I'm just getting the rotor and the adapter to suit the large rotor.
