help with changing fork oil for rookie

any one have a step by step they have seen anywhere, the owners manual is not very helpful and i can't understand it, also can anyone give me some starting settings for 03 450, i go 200 pounds and it seems to bottom on the high jump landings but feels great on the rest of the track, remember i am new to the wrenching so simple directions please

Try this, just skip few steps.


The site is very useful, even though it's dedicated to the 250f, since so much of the two bikes are the same.

Consider replacing the springs, front and rear, if you haven't already. The bike is built for a 175 lb rider
