Cracked Frame

Came in from riding my 03 450 yesterday nd found oil running down the frame just below the front of the steering head.Haven't been able to find the exact location of the crack yet,and was wondering if any 450 riders have had similar problems???

I have a 99 that cracked the frame and I know there are allot of other bike from 98 up to 03 that have had cracked frames. Do a search on it this problem isnt new. Good luck.

do a search on this - there were several having the same problems a month or 2 ago - no cracks on mine yet...... ?

Ah,thanks found the thread,hopefully welding will fix the problem!
