I currently have a honda 250r atv with a yzf400 motor in it. Im looking for more power. Would it be worth it to upgrade to a 426 and eventually bore it to a 444 or should I just mod my 400?

Just get a 420 kit for your current one. I heard it kicks ass.

I have the 01-426 and one of my riding partners has the 99-400. Based on how the two bikes perform side-by-side and from the bone stock perspective you won't get much for your effort. Oh sure my bike pulls away from his but it's not by much.
