Anyone put hated grips on a xr650r?

Many folks have. I have not yet but plan to in the future. If your stator is stock, you will have to add a switch to your headlight so you can shut it off while your using the grip heaters. If you have a rewound stator just buy a grip heater kit and install it. It's easy.

This Dual-Star is located on the West side of the mountains, (Im in Eastern WA). So you may be able to drive right over and pick em up. http://www.dual-star.com/ After you go to their site and look at their products go to the contact us section and give em a call. It will be local for you, I think?. If its not local to you just go to your nearest snowmobile dealer and pick up a set. :cry:
