Has anyone tried the new Q series muffler on the 650R? If so, what do you think? Any help is appreciated.

I don't know much about the new Q series muffler, but if by chance you're also considering the FMF powerbomb header, make note that this particular header might interfere with your Edelbrock carb. I've talked to a few people with the powerbomb headers and Edelbrocks who have told me this. One person slightly indented the bomb portion of his header (without any performance loss) to make it fit while another person simply canted the Edebrock carb so that it would clear the bomb and it still functioned perfectly. The new Q series sure does look nice and it's probably quite a bit lighter than the stock muffler. I wish we could get one of the magazines to do another pipe shootout for the XR650R because I'm sure things have changed since then.
