650R Front caliper wiggle?

Is this normal? Both mount bolts are tight.

I got the same thing on the rear of my bike. It's a warped disk. Dealer I talked to said they are meant to float a little but I can't see it being good to have a brake rubbing constantly. Mine seems fairly minor so I'm holding off on buying a new disk. Atleast for now.
