Seat Height 05

The Yamaha site lists it as the same as 04....any truth to that. I will seek out an 04 if the 05 is lower.

Is the seat height for the 05 YZ 450 F the same as the 04 YZ 450 F ???
Yamaha "Canada" says it is. I've heard that the YZ & WR were lowered 2 inches or so for 2005.
I wonder if the Canadian version remains at 39.3 ???

only the wr's are getting lowered.

The :cry: Yamaha site says the WR remains the same [seat height] as 04.
Maybe it is just a :cry: model or a typeo.

WR seat height is 2 inches lower. YZ's are the same.

dunno, the comparison between on 05 and an 04 WR shows the 05 1 inch shorter in seat height. It looks like they took it out of the gas tank too. It lost a 1/2 gallon capacity. Thats a lot for an offroad bike.
