As I was pulling parts to get to the woodruff key. I noticed one of my clutch plates was broken. So bike repair is on hold. In the mean time I hope to find my service manual.

You only need to remove your flywheel to get to the woodruff key.

The one for the CB drive gear.

What torque specs do you want? For the clutch, try these or I can scan and post links to all the others from either the Yamaha service manual for the 02 or the Clymer manual

No problem - if you're still without manual, download one from Garrett Berg's site
