It is a auto decompression cam for the 400 and 426's. :cry:

Cw takes a 250F auto decomp gear (same pitch as the 426 gear) and puts in on a 450 cam, then modifies it so you can change the timing slightly if desired.

No, and about $250 if I remember right for a Cw modified cam.
