Do a search on this subject - I asked the same type questions a few weeks back and Tony from Hot Cams enlightened me......

im assuming you have a 426...
i have a hotcam, exhaust side only. i got it for the de-comp feature, but i had no idea a cam could give this much of a power gain. while it really only boosts topend, it makes the entire powerband "sweeter".
its hard to explain.
im using my stock intake cam and my powerband is sweet, im just wondering how much better it would be with both hotcams.
definately worth the money.
