Anyone know the best jetting (stock carb) for 5,000 feet?

WHat are some of you other guys running for Pilot and Main?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, installed a WER Steering Stabilizer and highly recommend it!

Hi Jay; my experience is the float level is a little too high from Japan. My bike would drain the float bowl on a slight hill. So I dropped the level a sixteenth of an inch and lowered the needle one notch by raising the clip! This was done after the factory hop-up kit jets were installed... I forget the numbers there? My Scotts damper was a great improvement. Ride on dude...

Jay,

Here's the results from a jetting survey I put together last year for XR650R riders. Perhaps this will give you some ideas to work with. Good luck!
