What spark plug do you guys use?

I want a spark plug that does no harm to the bike but does not cost a fortune. The extra 0.2% of Hp can be lost, I just riding for exercise.
If there are different name or coding on European then I would appreciate the European code.

CR8EIX is iriduim and thats what I use. Helps with starting and last much longer.
