How much fork oil?

I am going to replace the fork oil in my bike (and springs finally!!!)

I dont have my amnual and need to stop and get fork oil on the way home. How much ol do I need to buy to fill both tubes?

Is that an S model?

129mm is stock bed and full compress, I'm running about 120mm, but with stock springs. Heavier springs I'd stick with stock oil height you can add through the bleeder hole wih a small syringe if needed.

1 quart will do both legs
