I have a 1994 XR600...The oil is leaking from the oil filter cover after I changed the oil. How do I get the oil to stop leaking?

check the o-ring that seals the cover, make sure it didn't get pinched while installing the cover.

I believe if you buy a HONDA filter you get a new O ring in the box and not with the aftermarket filters.

Fram and Vesrah filters come with new O-Rings, too.

Thanks for the help...The new O-ring did the job...Also, I had to buy it separate from the filter... :)
