I've spoken with Randy Norman at GPR about getting a discount for the Thumper Talk members and there are two options for getting a discounted price on a GPR dampner. In both cases you should identify yourself as a Thumper Talk member and are inquiring about the discount.

The two options are:
1) If you are a racer who does a lot of racing, regardless of what class you race in you might be eligible for their support program. The price for the dampner in this case is $250 and includes the mounting hardware.

2) If you are a club rider, recreational rider, or race occassionally you can get the dampner for $320 and the mounting hardware and they will cover shipping. This amounts to a savings of $30-50 generally speaking, and still over a $100 cheaper than a Scotts.

To be eligible for option 1) you will need to send your resume, and photo to Randy at GPR for review. The address is listed below. Either way you should reference Thumper Talk.
