does any one know if somebody makes the vented side panel that the factory xr's run or is it just a do it yourself kind of thing?

does anybody know how tim stabb is doing after the crash in vegas?

It's a do it yourself project at this point.
I've checked a couple sites and haven't seen anything new on Tim's condition.

Food for thought. I read somewhere that Bruce Ogilvie says that cutting vents in the sidepanel really doesn't help unless you've got a worked over motor.

The article I read said that cutting a vent in the side panel actually reduces power unless you are running the HRC kit (new piston, cam, etc.)
