Does anyone know of another way to fit an oil cooler other than the expensive XR4 unit and kit?

I found an old Lockhart Harley oil cooler in my box of extras and measured it. It is 1 Thick X 2.25 X 8 inches. It has brass fittngs screwed in two corners. The new ones look like they just have straight nipples soldered in place. They are $126 in black at Bikers Discount Supply. Lockhart may they sell smaller ones. Jagg also sells similar coolers that look better and cost more.

Thanks for the reply Vic. The only problem is I live in a little place south of Japan (Australia). Non Japanese parts, especially Harley parts down here are more expensive than gas masks in the middle east!
