CONSTANT CLUTCH ADJUSTING

I put the 01 clutch mod on my 00 426 and it works great...but when it warms up i have to keep adjusting it and when it cools back down the lever gets real tight and i have to loosen it back up and start over again. Its not a huge deal but the old clutch never needed much adjustment at all. Has anyone had this and if so what did you do if anything?
