Guys,

I'm finding that when doing searches for items like "scotts damper" that many items come up only due to the fact that scotts is listed in someone's signature. Rarely is the item in question actually discussed. Also, extra bandwidth is needed to process all this, not a big deal for me-cable modems are fast, but it's costing Bryan $$ and time for all you modem users to bring this up.

Can we refrain from posting a long signature? I saw a few guys have 5-10 line signatures with every last mod they have performed. I know we're proud of our bikes, but is this really necessary?

Does this bother any one else? Do we really care if a member has "Factory Effex seat and graphics kits" as posted on signatures? I'm guessing, "NO", we don't care.

:) Bill, you crack me up...but I think you DO understand what I'm talking about...try a search for something and see how annoying all the posts get.

Otherwise I'll make my sig about 9 lines long. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!!!

I'm guilty....

I got to redo mine when my old profile got deleted in Bryans last service interuption.

I guess I do see you point though, I saw it as an oppourtunity to see how much $ money I've spent on my baby. I actually like reading other peoples signatures though, I think it's help full to see what other people are having luck with...

But...OK...I'll...delete...sniffle...sniffle

Not only do you guys have too much time, you must have too much money to spend on all this aftermarket stuffo !! :)

You guys over there have the best access to all of these accessories. I've found you really need to serach hard here in Oz to get some of that good stuff. The only place I have seen a lot of that stuff is from online stores.

Mr Toyz, Why spoil a good thing now?

I'm not asking folks to NOT use them. Just tone 'em down (remove all the BS everyone has or no one will care about)

I guess Bill has a point about folks seeing the mods and emailing that member for advice and if they would buy that mod again. I can see where that would be of benefit.

I like Mike's signature the best. Truly a "custom" bike

Hey MoMilkman! I didn't see mention of your custom ramp to load your bike into your pickup truck! :)

Wasn't it a 2x10 plank? Or do you have another fancy name for it in your list that I didn't see?

BTW: We did the rest of the Rainbow trail over the weekend. The south side is a little different than the North part we did last year. It has some faster sections, some rockier sections and has less off camber narrow stuff. The trail is a bit wider since ATV's are allowed. But I kind of liked that. It made for nice banked turns. It was a gas!

Bryan...

You make a very good point mcarp. Im just doing it in the hopes that there will be a limit put on the avaiable characters in your signature line (say 3 lines?)
I guess Im trying to say Im on your side. :)

Hey Bryan glad to hear the south end of Rainbow was fun. I'd like to make it back out next summer and do that trail again. This time the whole thing.

Hey! I sold that ramp on e-bay for $450! I just said it was part of tom hanks escape raft on Castaway. :D
