I'm trying to find the best codex and settings for posting vids on the web. I have adobe premiere pro and divix pro, am using a mini dv and helmet cam.
has anyone come up with a good compromise between size and quality?

sort of. here is what i use:

Microsoft AVI
360x240 at 29.9 fps
divx 4.02 @100%
11025hz-8bit-stereo

im still looking for somthing that is the same quality and takes less space.
