JUST PURCHASED A '98 WR400 ASKED MY LOCAL DEALER IF THERE SHOULD BE ANY PACKING IN THE EXHAUST, BECAUSE THERE WAS NONE WHEN I PURCHASED THE BIKE.THEY WEREN'T SURE BUT THOUGHT THERE SHOULD BE. WHEN I ADDED THE PACKING PLUS THE GYT-R BAFFEL THE BIKE SEEMS VERY GUTLESS. DEALER TOLD ME PACKING SHOULD INCREASE HP WHICH DIDN'T MAKE SENSE BUT THOUGHT THEY SHOULD KNOW. SO THE OBVIOUS ? IS...SHOULD THERE BE PACKING IN THE EXHAUST??????????

THANKS
