I'm in the same boat. I need radiator shrouds for my '96 B1 and Kawasaki chargets $91 EACH. I've not found anything online either.

I've spent hours looking for KLX parts and to my knowledge no aftermarket plastics exist. However, for used parts the best place by far is ebay in Germany. http://www.ebay.de
Every seller I've found speaks English, use google to translate any description. Other place to look is Australia, my tailpipe and bashplate came from there.
Sometimes I wish I had something newer with loads of parts availability, but the rooting is half the fun.
