How much would be a fair price? My friend is tring to sell his and had no luck. It is stock except graphics, renthal bars, grips,chain, sprocket and dsp power now. It is in great shap with low hours. Any help would be great.

I dont get it either. I have mod's up the arse and in great shape and could not sell it for $2600. ?

I got mine this past Feb. for $2500.

I paid $2300 for mine this spring, I would say you would have to be under $2500 at this point of the year, maybe even lower. It's just not a good time to sell, spring and late winter are better.

It also has to do with location. 2500 to 3000 is a fair price for a bike in good to great shape. I have a 2000, I will not be selling it, I aim to get a 1998 400 as well as on 03 450 in the future. I want to get each year that was significant in the YZF family 98 1st year 00 1st year 426, 03 2st year 450

Anyway it depends on what condition your bike is in, Time and place. It is hard to sell bikes in mid summer, wait until Sept Oct things will pick up
