I'm getting ready to put an '02 WR426 stator and flywheel in my '99 YZ400 for some lights. I was wondering if anyone knows how much more the WR426 flywheel weighs compared to my stock flywheel? I'm hoping it's about 8 oz. more.

at risk of being accused of talking to myself, I just got some info on my own question, so I'll answer myself ....according to Steahly, the WR flywheel is going to be about 6 oz heavier, but the fact that it has a larger diameter, it will have the effect of about a 10-12 oz weight. those are rough numbers, but it's a start.
