Dented/Bent rims - any ideas how to fix?

The rear wheel on my 450 has a couple of dents from either square edges or heavy landings. Has anyone got any good ideas on how to fix them, or is it just a case of using a big hammer! Lol!

Use a vice

Just leave them the way the are & ride, if they're not too bad. Or get new rims. Aluminum doesnt like to bend, it fatigues & cracks very easily. You may actually weaken the rims more if you try to return them to their original shape.
