I haven't had time to test the motor yet after putting the right case back on, but when it was apart I noticed the coolant pipe from the pump to the cylinder is built in to the cases. Just a single oring, which I didn't replace (didn't look ahead this time..). Anyway, has anyone ever had this leak after reusing the oring?

I have had it leak. It took me forever to find. The bike always smelled like coolant, and the level would drop an inch or two every ride. Finally one day I caught it spitting.

I'm sure he didn't want to hear that response.

I hope it doesn't leak, it probably won't anyway, don't worry about it.
