Holy ^&%&*%!

Today, MotoXotica had everything I needed to order but one screw in stock for the TE400, and I had a laundry list of stuff I needed.

I have never called a Husky shop where they had more than 20% of what I needed at the time of my call.

Heck, they even had a kickstarter in stock for this thing (which I could not afford at $101 bucks), but they did have that too.

I’ve been trying to get a spark plug wrench locally for months now, but since my local dealer doesn’t have it in stock, he won’t order me one because it’s basically a waste of his time. Well, no worries, motoXotica had it in stock, and bought it from them too.

Very impressed. It should all be here tomorrow.

Another weird thing, geesh, they were pleasant to speak with too. Thanks Dan/Anne!  :awww:

Could get used to this when I buy another Husky or Berg.,

I've purchased two bikes from Motoxotica and they have the parts I've needed.  Dan and Ann care a lot about their customers and deserve our support!

I stumbled upon MotoXotica while returning home from the Sacramento area, and was impressed with Dan / Anne's very helpful attitudes. I've got an old 92 TE350 which can be difficult to get parts for but Dan has special ordered stuff for me several times and they bird-dog / follow up as well. They don't forget about you. When (not if) I buy a new Husky, it will be from MotoXotica.
When I call my local Husky rep and inquire about some parts and availability, its like I caused a major inconvienance and don't call us, we'll call you attitude. And then when they promise a return call.........never happens.

Totally understand what you mean about putting them out when you call.  I'm tired of it. I started to take my husky business elsewhere, and I've been satisfied everytime I DON'T buy locally, but especially the ease in which this last transaction took place with MotoXotica.

So far, so good. I received everything on time with that order, and it was packaged carefully and nothing was scrathed up, etc upon receipt. I'm awaiting those (2) screws still, but that's it.

Thanks again Dan and Ann.

they're really impressing me so far.

I had to break down and order that kickstarter too, even at 100.00.  So, hopefully I'll see that here soon too, and of course, it was in stock.

Can you believe it, I bought a bike on here, and the owner had the audacity to think that I wouldn't notice it has the wrong kickstarter installed.  What a flippin joke!   :awww:

Now I'm out another $100.00, on top of the other things too.  Where does it end?
