650L/ 600R COUNTER SHAFT OIL SEAL

Has anyone changed a counter shaft oil seal on the '84 and later XR's? In this case, it's a 650L. According to the diagram in the Honda manual, it should be replacable from the outside (whithout splitting the case), but says nothing about how to go about it. The Clymer manual offers nothing. I figured I'd consult the masses before I destroy my bike with a small screwdriver.

Yeah, its easy to change, no need to split the case or anything. There have been some posts on the subject last month, search them out and you will will see its a pretty easy thing to do.
