Distrubutions Chain noise

My engine chain is too loud, I will change it, but here the question.
1 I must to change the chain only?
2 The chain and the gears?
3 What must I to do exactly?

Before you change it, make sure the tensioner is working properly. I believe it's normal to hear some chain noise.

Also, they should last around 5,000 miles of easy use, maybe 2,000 miles of hard use EASILY. These are minimums.

How many miles are there on the clock?

Several!!!
I don´t race it, but aroad too much.
A road (aprox.) 12000 km. ( = 7000 mile)
