Which adjusters on the fork and the shock adjust what? Also, what are the air valves for? And finally, does anyone have any suggested settings for a 175 lb rider riding hard on relatively smooth, hard terrain?

Mister I,

Send me a PM with your email and I'll scan the pages out of the owners manual that show the different suspension settings. I reccomend using the Scrader valves (air valves) to bleed the air out of the forks with the bike on a stand (wheels off the ground).
