HOW THE HECK DID YOU LOOSE 20 LBS..HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THE EXTRA TIRE AROUND MY BELLY!

Start with 30 minutes a day on a treadmill at a moderate pace.

Cut out the fast food.

Go easy on juice, yes it's good for you but it's loaded with sugar.

Drink diet soda instead of regular sugary soda.

You should be back to fighting weight in no time.

Those eliptical trainers are nice too. I have bad knees and the eliptical trainer seems to be easier on them then a treadmill.

Go get a MTN bike. Make sure its blue. Its alot more fun, you can pretend you are on your YZ.

I'll second the eliptical. Sure was a better then the treadmill easier on the knees also

Sex, and lots of it. Seems to keep the lbs off for me. :)

I'm an ER doc at LA County-USC Medical Center. One of the busiest trauma centers in the the US. Not many dirtbikers in the 'hood though. We get some from Gorman on occasion (now maybe some from Piru). I'll keep an eye out for ya.
Never get arm pump. :)

Sorry about the delay, I was getting my shoulder operated on last Friday and I just got back on the computer.

1. cardio 30 min 3 times week
2. lift weights 1 hr 3-4 times week
3. Eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones.
4. Drink water, at least 64 oz a day, preferably more.

I have to get back on the program, some of those lbs have snuck back!!

I just like my beer too much!
