hard starting when hot!

Well I got my 1983 XL600 running rebuilt motor, clean carbs, cleaned air filter, new spark plug,cobra exhaust slip on.before I rebuilt the motor the bike would never start cold always had to hit it with starting fluid now it starts 3th kick cold well now its not as cold as winter but still I know it will start on its own after rideing and it gets hot I have to jump start it in gear or it will not kick start. what should I do? Its to hot to jump start it all summer. Please help! Jetting to lean? thats what I am leaning to. :thinking:Thank you
