I am riding an 2002 XR650R with a dual sport kit. I ride mostly in So Cal, desert/mountains, etc.. I am 6'6" 250. I am looking for some help in suspension settings with the stock suspension. I know I need heavier springs but until I make the change what would you guys that have similar experience think would be in the ballpark for the clickers? Thanks in advance.

1 clic to the hard side on your compression damping adjusters, fork and shock, will yield a noticeable difference. If you like the result maybe try one more clic to hard, if not easy enough to change back.
