Front tire to replace 739

I can't remember where the discussion was on front tires, so what tire do you guys suggest? I read in one the Michelin S12 is a good one. I am buying one tomorrow. Thanks

Ron, The consensus seems to be the S12, 755 or 756. See my post "Tires on the east coast...or...?"

Some of the guys have offered some mail order houses, with VERY good prices.

With our varied terrain (mud, rock, sand) here in Hew Hampshuh, there is no perfect tire.

The 756 may be your best bet.

FYI: MXA still raves about the 490 Dunlop on the front (at least on the Honda's).

Is this tire still produced in the 21" size?

Just picked up 756,s for the front and rear. Last week I put on an IRC V33, (I believe)on the rear, went riding, and my buddy behind me thought I lost half my spokes. The tire must be a blem, couldn,t tell while riding, but he said it looked bad going down the road. I liked the traction, and i hope the rep gives me another one to try. Thanks for the info.
